Prestressing Pump
The EKC Executive stressing pump was developed for use in high production factories to operate with EKC stressing jacks and other two hose jacks. The unit is supplied complete with 150mm glycerine filled pressure gauge to measure the stressing loads and this can be supplemented with an optional digital load meter featuring auto-stop facility when the required stressing load is reached.
The fully integrated unit comprises a mobile, electrically powered, fully automatic, hydraulic system operated from a pendant push button station. A further option is a radio control pendant capable of being programmed to suit up to 256 different units. A robust steel trolley with integral lifting point and accommodation for the jack is supplied as standard. The large capacity oil reservoir eliminates the possibility of overheating under even the most arduous conditions. The pump is supplied with high quality 3 metre hydraulic hoses as standard, but these can be supplied in lengths to suit the customers individual needs.
