Prestressing Jacks

EKC have a range of single wire / strand stressing jacks designed to stress from 4mm up to 15mm.
The SA range of jacks are fitted with a hydraulic lock-off facility to provide secure power seating of the wedges in the anchorages.
The jacks can be used for both pre-tensioning and post-tensioning and to cater for different situations they are available in various stroke lengths from 200mm to 800mm.

SA90 Jack

The SA90 is a 90kN capacity, double acting and front gripping jack designed to stress all wire sizes from 4 to 7mm diameters and strand up to 9.6mm diameter.

RM250 and RM320 Jacks

The RM250 and RM320 jacks were developed for use in post tensioning applications and where space is limited.
