This a specially designed calibration control unit, which is suitable for calibrating most prestressing, jacks. It features a clear digital readout and special centralising collars for use with systems up to 18mm/300kN.
Alternatively we have a fully skilled team who can calibrate your jacks & pumps on site.
Display Information Normal Reading = +0.000 Tare = will show + sign with arrow above Peak = + 0.0:00 : Flashing Peak and Tare = + 0.0:00 : Flashing. Overload Factory Set +5% of capacity and flashes O-L (i.e.) 10 tonne cell will alternately flash 10.5 then O-L.
LO BATTERY will flash when battery has decayed to 7.7 volts. The equipment can be confidently used to complete any test currently being carried out for approx. ½ hour, Battery must then be changed.
BATTERY: 9 volt type PP3 – the non-rechargeable battery saver system will automatically shut down after 15 minutes. When switched back on it will memorise reading of either or both Peak and Tare indefinitely. Typical battery life 100 hours, minimum 50 hours.
